I work for the marketing dept of a New Jersey Real Estate company called NJville.com and it's in our contract that if we spam we will be terminated. I used to host my own sites; on my server and I was getting 400-500 Spams hits a day. But as soon as I switched to an ISP with strong Spam filters, it dropped down to 5-10 a day. And that was great. Does anyone actually respond to SPAM? I work with a company that deals with real estate advertising and we avoid spam like the plague. I think SPAM actually hurts any legitimate company. We don't encourage it and our policy is to cut anyone off who engages in it. We have a short list of people who this has happened to, including former clients. I personally view chats to see if this is happening and I encourage anyone who experiences or sees this to inform me. Feel free to let me know when you see this happening. Thank you.
