Started marketing for a bulk buyer that pays marketing fees to help bring buyers for their properties. I got a condo in Florida at 10% discount. When I find people that know of potential buyers...I'll get about 30k per. Those other mlm gimmicks are crazy. Its good to develop a network, but they never pay you enough. I charge the corporation about 10-12% for providing the leads...thats off the gross sale. Don't even need to be an agent. When my 3 buyers find 3 referrals I'll get 270k...enough to pay off the condo they sold me! Interesting blog…

It all depends on what company your working for. I know a company who actually pays very well on their hard work. I know of many folks who make a very good living at what they do. The question is can you do them a service? If you can save them money and head aches then yes. I am lucky to be with a company where my life has changed financially. Our industry is suffering from mortgagae folks not knowing how real estate works and vice versa bringing the 2 together will only provide a higher level of service for the consumer. That is the only way the people at the top can get the big paychecks. Every MLM I've ever been in, there is always this over stated opportunity about how easy it is, and how much money you will be making in a short time. The truth is only a very few will make enough to support themselves, and they will do it using the money of other poor suckers who spend their money trying to get to the top. There are more honorable ways to make a living. I think that the real issue is that us agents are more gullible than the general population.
