					<description>I've noticed the same thing about a lot of descriptive terms lately. I guess it depends on the area the properties are in and what the home buyers are used to. If it's in the Ghetto, train tracks might not be a bad view compared to spray paint, run down buildings etc. I've always defined luxury as something I couldn't afford - sounds like I can in Boston!</description>
