					<description>Well, over the past 3-4 days, the multi-sign company lost the listing (probably expired.  And it is now listed with a more &quot;reputable&quot; company who has a single professional sign out front.  :)</description>

					<description>Yeah I don't see the logic in that. To me, signs make a home look like less of a home. A neighbor of mine has 3 signs! One is from their Realtor, one from them (for sale by owner) and one from them that they put on the sidewalk with balloons (it's cardboard). I've always been confused about the situation. I guess who ever gets the call gets the sale?</description>
