The forums aren't the place, however I made a forum specifically for Ads and Solicitations. Feel free to post it there, but beware you might be ignored. Posts in there will be purged periodically. Blatant ads in the regular forums will be deleted. Do it enough times and your IP will be blocked.

I had another site similar to this one eons ago. It was pretty well trafficked but I never really put too much into it. As my wife's business grew I wanted a place where agents like her could go to ask questions and not be hounded by endless sales pitches. Seemed like everyone only wanted a piece of every commission and no one was really selling anything worthwhile.

What better way of finding out what really works than to go to those who are actually out there doing it? There is tremendous knowledge to be gained through networking.

They are a resourceful bunch. They really monopolized on agents' and brokers' inability to get themselves in front of consumers. They don't do anything. For every agent that has made some money with them, there are thousands who haven't. Not to mention some bad experiences with some sleazy ones.
